Assignment task:
Look for a published job description on your assigned company's website. Be sure to include it at the beginning of the post.
Company Name: General Motors
Adapted to the job description you found, design 3 possible interview questions for applicants. You may not ask questions that can be easily found on your resume (that is, what responsibilities did you have in your previous position? How long did you work for your last company? etc.) Nor can you repeat the questions that have already been posted from your colleagues, so read your teammates' contributions before posting theirs. Questions should show depth beyond the information identified by curriculum vitae and generate a meaningful response from the applicant. For each question, be sure to justify (1) why it is done and (2) how it relates to the job description.
Complete y0ur publicati0n with an explanation of the job interview process and a recommendation about the style of the interview (be sure to justify your recommendation), using the content of Chapter 16 as a guide. Chapter 16. Applying and Interviewing for Employment: alternative formats.
