Design a combinational circuit that computes the 4-bit leading zero detecting function. A leading zero detecting function counts the number of zeros in the most significant bits before the first '1'. For example if the input is 0010, the output is 2 (i.e., 010 in binary), if the input is 1111, the output is 0, and finally if the input is 0000, the output is 100.
