For the Design a Basic Sport Program module, your "Seasonal Training Plan" spreadsheet. Please ensure that all of the responses from your Seasonal Training Plan on CW page 53 are transferred and typed onto the "Seasonal Training Plan" spreadsheet that was provided in the Design a Basic Sport Program. When transferring your information, ensure that you have used the "Legend" at the bottom of the spreadsheet, to accurately record your information.

When transferring your information, ensure that you have used the "Legend" at the bottom of the spreadsheet, to accurately record your information.
For your Seasonal Training Plan, you will notice that there are only 27 weeks on the spreadsheet. With introducing athletes to competition in this course, your sport programs will not run the entire year, as they will in PED 2280 Advanced Coaching, which looks at training high performance athletes year round. Depending on the age group you are coaching (girls 8-15 and boys 9-16) and your sport program requirements, the length of each of your sport programs will vary, but should not exceed 27 weeks.
Before submitting your Seasonal Training Plan spreadsheet, remember to save the document as a excel spreadsheet.
