Problem-
Write a report about
a) Describing a work situation at your past or present employment that posed an ethical dilemma for you.
b) If you resolved the dilemma, explain how you did so. If the dilemma was not resolved, explain how you would resolve it now.
c) Apply either Kantian theory or utilitarianism to assess whether your resolution was ethical.
Additional information-
This problem relates to Management and it's about ethical dilemma at work place. At some point or the other, several people face an ethical dilemma at their work place. The ethical sense of a person might come in the way, the business of the organization, thus creating a drift of the person from the organization's stand point. Such ethical dilemmas at work place have been discuss in the solution with one of the experiences.
