You will write a 2 page paper describing a summary of Commanding Heights and give a basic understanding of the most influential economist of our time, Keynes and Hayek. I will not accept any late submission on this assignment. (I may have you submit a 10 multiple question test on Blackboard instead of a 2 page summary).
