Also, determine which coping style you are using for your stress (problem-focused coping or emotion-focused coping). Why? Is this coping style alleviating your stress? If not, what might you do differently?
It is helpful to identify and define the coping strategy you are using (problem-focused or emotion-focused) and explain how you use it and if it is effective. Keep in mind that if you are using problem-focused coping, you will need to outline the steps that you follow.
