Assignment:
Choose one of theories of motivation. In your experience either as an HR professional or as an employee who has interacted with HR departments, describe a time when you have seen your chosen theory in practice. For example, you may have had a supervisor whose strategies for motivating employees mirrored your theory, or you may have chosen to motivate yourself and cultivate your own productivity in ways that correspond with the theory.
For this paper:
•Describe your professional experience and explain its connections to your chosen theory of motivation
•Analyze whether the theory could have been more comprehensively or effectively implemented, based on your new, scholarly understanding of motivation theory
