The leadership is very happy with the direction you are taking with the new team. Now, the time has come to put together your detailed plans for your new team. In this last portion, you will construct a summary paper of your plan, covering the following information:
A. Start with an introduction of the topics to be covered in this summary paper of your plan.
B. Describe the organization of your team. Include how it will be structured, the roles people will play specific to tasks, and how you will promote teamwork and ensure group effectiveness.
C. Discuss your plan for conflict management. Include the current conflicts and your plan to resolve them.
D. Describe the training that the team should go through and the reward systems you will put into place.
E. Discuss what communication methods should be implemented and how will you implement them.
F. Describe your process improvement plan. Include plans to refine this process and improve the overall quality and output.
G. Discuss the support that you need to be successful, such as technology, human resources, etc.
H. Describe your plan to maintain a positive culture.
