Your title is Employee Relations Manager, and your immediate superior is the facility's Vice Present for Human Resources. Repeating a concern brought to him by administration, the HR vice president has stated that employee turnover appears to be excessive for this facility. As a result, the vice president has concluded that employee retention is a major issue and assigns you the task of assessing retention practices. He requests a work plan describing how you will proceed.
Describe your plan for assessing employee retention, noting the factors you elect to address and explaining why these factors can be important as they relate to turnover and retention.
