February is Recreational Therapy Month. Your book states "as professional advocates, managers articulate the merits of recreational therapy services with referral agents, third-party reimbursors, colleagues, and political agents." As one of the responsibilities of the manager is to advocate for the department, there should be some effort made during recreational therapy month to educate and promote the profession.
For this problem:
a) Identify your facility/department (physical rehab, behavioral health, acute care, community, etc.)
b) List your marketing goals for RT month (consider targets)
c) Describe your ideas for achieving those goals
