Describe your experience using the 5ws of relational inquiry

Assignment task: Read the following case scenario and answer the following reflection question:

CASE SCENARIO

Upon interview, it was discovered that the adolescent's name is Ted; he is 17 years old and lives with his stepfather, who is an inter-country trailer driver. His father passed away when he was two years old and lived in the shelter until his mom remarried five years ago and moved in with his stepfather to the suburb. Ted loves the suburbs but takes the school bus to and from school and often compares himself to his classmates who get dropped off by their parents every day; he looks at their appearances and their achievements, and that takes a toll on his self-esteem. He feels like he doesn't belong and finds it hard to recognize his own strengths and talents. At school, he finds it challenging to speak up in class or even to have conversations with his friends. He used to dance to keep fit but had lost interest in dancing and a lot of other things, including his personal meal plan. Now he is extremely worried about what people think of him, and that makes him isolate himself and miss out on events happening within the community and opportunities to connect with other people.
