Describe your experience at your company regarding any projects you are, or have been, assigned. Were you provided a Project Charter or Scope Statement? If so, what were the components of the document and what was the level of detail? Sometimes managers will assign projects and describe the scope of the project orally. Create a list of five risks that might occur when oral rather than written scope is shared. When responding to other students' posts, combine your list of five risks and the other students live of five risk and see if you can identify categories or themes of risks.
