2. Discuss why it is important for leaders to know their strengths.
3. How does an understanding of your blind spots contribute to your leadership effectiveness?
4. Explain how what you learned because of doing these assessments has helped you increase your understanding of yourself and your leadership potential.
5. Leadership Theory: What have you learned from the leadership theories that can support your ideas?
6. Provide two examples to support your ideas. For each example, describe what took place and what you learned. What might you do differently next time?
