B. Serving youth with disabilities is a low priority because they generally have an easy time finding work
C. Placement for at least 90 days in a competitive integrated employment setting at minimum wage or above is considered a successful outcome
D. Strict eligibility criteria for employment services are advised because not all individuals with disabilities are employable
