Problem
According to Kleiner, Roberts, Ross, Senge & Smith (1994) systems archetypes "are accessible tools with which managers can quickly construct credible and consistent hypotheses about the governing forces of their system" (p. 121). Daniel Kim's website, www.thesystemsthinker.com has a good information on systems thinking as well as archetypes. After reviewing Kim's website and the articles listed in this week's Documents & Resources section, describe which System Archetype listed could have helped you solve a problem in the past? After reviewing the attached article, are System Archetype's useful or not? Explain.
