2. Identify the traits that show the strongest relationship to leadership, the behaviors leaders engage in, and the limitations of the trait and behavior models of leadership
3. Explain how contingency models of leadership enhance our understanding of effective leadership and management in organizations.
4. Describe what transformational leadership is, and explain how managers can engage in it.

Instructions:
Your weekly debrief is a reflection of your learning this week. You will highlight key lessons from the text, Minis, and discussions so that you can fully integrate this information into your existing knowledge structure and gain a new understanding of the management world around you. Your responses should be very clearly and well organized using an outline form. Your responses must clearly indicate careful reading, an engagement with the forums and discussions and thoughtful reflection. Very importantly: use the text learning objectives found at the beginning of each chapter to guide your summary. Remember to also address the Mini questions (questions posed by me during my Mini lectures).
