Murray is contemplating the use of the Internet to address and interact with younger clients. He is overwhelmed by the multitude of technologies and new services.
Can you help Murray to think about some creative ideas? Discuss ways in which $RU could use the Internet and especially Web 2.0 technologies to facilitate their business. In doing so, concentrate on their business with clients (B2C).
