Problem
In the (fictional) city of Raccoon Valley, there are plenty are plenty of disagreements between different urban actors. For example, the local theatre guild, the Carpenters' Union local, and the politicians on city council typically argue about all kinds of things. At the same, time, however, they all curiously agree that growth is necessary and desirable for Raccoon Valley. Describe one way that each group stands to benefit from ongoing growth in their city.
