Discussion: Foundations Of Medical Admin
Medical consent is a requirement by law that the patient must agree to be examined or treated by a physician. Consent can be given orally, implied, and/or written.
In a 1 to 2 pages summary, describe under which circumstances the patient should never sign a consent form. Explain why in these situations the medical administrator should never enforce the consent form. Also, describe how the medical administrator should follow-up these situations.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
