Which of these do you think is most critical? What should they act on first? Why?
How would you describe tootsie roll on the Miles and Snow typology? Explain. How does this impact their overall strategy and what sorts of strategies are consistent and feasible moving forward?

e) What are their most valuable resources and capabilities? If you had to pick one to invest in and one to divest of, what would they be, why?
