Read what author Beverly Langford says in Chapter 27 of Etiquette Edge: Modern Manners for Business Success about citizenship in the global village. Imagine you are speaking to someone from a totally different culture than the one you grew up in, describe at least three ways to "Avoid Cross-Cultural Communication Pitfalls" and give an example for each of HOW you will do so.
