Discussion Post: Organizational Change
• What do you think are the factors or issues that cause colleagues, team members, etc. to resist change? Why? How would you prepare to present and implement a change initiative knowing that you have resistors to change? Outline and discuss your strategy.
• Detail the six-box model, while elaborating on what each component, element, or theory means to YOU and how you will implement your change strategy.
• Describe at least three challenges that a change manager may experience and how the change manager can address or mitigate these challenges.
