Describe the type of autoimmune disorder

Problem: What can you say about the discussion below? Did she/he discuss well the type of autoimmune disorder which is Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disorder where the immune system attacks the synovial membranes lining the joints. The immune system components involved in RA are mainly T and B cells, and inflammatory cytokines. The chronic inflammation caused by the disease can lead to joint deformities and damage, eventually resulting in disability (especially noted in the knuckles of the hands) RA commonly affects the hands and feet, causing pain, swelling, and stiffness in the joints, fatigue, and loss of mobility. Currently, there is no cure for RA, but several treatments can alleviate symptoms and slow down the progression of the disease. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and corticosteroids can help reduce inflammation and pain. Disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and biologic agents are also used to target the immune system and slow down joint damage. Recent advances in treatment include the use of small molecule Janus kinase inhibitors and cell-based therapies, such as mesenchymal stem cells.
