VI. Using your knowledge of the project life cycle and information gathered from the examination of the project documents, describe the phases of the project and the key activities/tasks associated with each phase of the project.
VII. List and describe at least three key constraints of the project
VIII. Identify at least four critical issues that the project management team faced in executing, monitoring, and controlling project work and discuss the strategies used to effectively manage these issues.
