Strategic HR Plan for Business Expansion in China
Assume the role of the HR Director of a US-based company that is looking at global opportunities in China and you have been asked to prepare an outline for an HR strategic plan as part of the company's expansion process.
Develop an HR strategic plan that will integrate the goals, objectives, and strategies of the HR department with the strategic goals of the company. The plan also needs to support objectives of the other departments within the company.
In your HR strategic plan, discuss each of the following:

1. Describe the process you will use for identifying the components of the HR strategic plan.
2. Discuss what specific company strategic objectives must the HR strategic plan integrate.
3. Propose how you would support the plan to assure success in the company's expansion process to China.
