Assignment: Risk Analysis
Require a literature review in Strategy and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) based on the case study below .Identify strategy, risks that may apply like Strategic, Financial, Compliance, and Operational. Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Key Risk Indicator (KRI). Research paper should be showing how to address risk using a holistic view to present a plan and adopting a standard ERM framework or a tailored ERM framework.
Task is to perform strategic risk analysis and identify the strategy, risk factors, assess risk score, impact, and mitigation strategy
Case Study:: A University plans to increase admission for the Ph.D. and master programs. The university also plans opening a new additional site in a different state
Besides the enterprise level risks mentioned above, make sure to address Information technology-related risks like Emerging Technologies, Network, and Cybersecurity. Any industry regulations applicable to your business such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act. (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Health, safety and Environment (HSE), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and others. Consider adopting existing ERM Frameworks (like COSO, ISO31000, etc.) or use a tailored ERM framework to fit your specific case
Requirements:
Task This report should be no less than ten pages of content.
Need to include outside sources and properly cite and reference your sources. You must have at least ten references, 5 of which must be scholarly peer-reviewed articles.
In addition to the ten pages of content, will want a title page, table of contents, list of figure and table if any, and a reference sheet.
Paper Sections Groups should outline the following sections as Headers in the paper.
First page: Course information, group, name of members of the group Table of contents, list of figures, list of tables
Background: Problem statement, issues, and background theory
Research questions: What are the research questions? State 3 to 4 research questions
Methodology: What is the research approach (quantitative, qualitative, case study, survey, etc.). Describe the population that was chosen.
Data Analysis: What were some of the findings? Contribution of the study: Answers to hypothesis or support of a proposed framework
Conclusion: What was the conclusion of any data collection? summarize findings, the overall research, lessons learned, and future research.
