C. Relate to the PMO competency continuum:
a. Designate the PMO competency continuum stage.
b. Justify the subject organization's designated PMO competency continuum stage determination.
c. Correlate the designated PMO competency continuum stage to the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3).
