Standardizing Plan
Using Figure 4.1b "Standardize plan B: Areas with owners, tasks, and frequencies" on page 32 of your textbook as a guide, create a 5S standardized plan for your workplace or home. Include at least the following in your project:
- Briefly describe the facility and the type of activity or work occurring.
- Identify four owners.
- Assign two tasks per owner.
- Include time intervals (i.e., frequencies) for each task.
