Homework
In this module, you learned about the career assessment process and the various standardized tests and assessment inventories used in career counseling. Understanding how to conduct a career assessment is a foundational skill. The effective use of assessment can help identify the presenting issues, diagnoses, and the environmental, social, and cultural factors that can influence treatment. The assessment results aid in the case conceptualization and development of a treatment plan that can be used to assist clients in their career decision-making.
