Problem
Look for and identify one of their business processes that is causing Junk Van and/or its customers to experience problematic issues. Review in detail how this one business process currently works, why it is a problem, and then radically re-engineer it to make it better. Describe the new process in detail (this can be submitted as a set of diagrams or steps), how it solves the issues, and justify any additional major costs to implement it. Keep in mind that radically re-engineering a business process is not proposing the use of a technology to simply automate the existing workflow (who does what and when). It is all about changing the existing workflow to make is significantly better.
