Assignment:
Wicked problem framework describes the key characteristics of public problems. However, this article also gives an impression that policy solutions are impossible given the conditions of social and public problems. Given what you know about the pubic problems and policy solutions these days, do you believe that Rittle & Webber's (1973) wicked problem framework is still relevant in the current era of public management? Provide examples to help support your opinion.
