You developed KSAs and job competencies previously. The next step is to develop a recruiting strategy for your selected position. For this discussion, respond to the following, using the job you selected for the Unit 4 assignment:
i. Describe the job and the needed KSAs for which you are recruiting.
ii. Recommend both a traditional and online recruiting strategy for this job, using at least three sources.
iii. Write a brief advertisement that could be used to support your recruiting efforts.
iv. Explain how your advertisement addresses any legal issues required for this position.
