Focuses on planning for the future of your healthcare organization. The board of directors at your healthcare organization have asked you to prepare a presentation in which you discuss your plans for securing the success of your healthcare organization for the next several years. You decide to focus on the following two aspects:
o Training promising employees to become future leaders within the organization, and
o Preparing for future changes in healthcare policy.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation in which you will describe the importance of developing a mentoring program for potential leaders within your healthcare organization, and you will explain how changes to healthcare policy can affect the operation of your healthcare organization. In addition, your presentation should explain how you intend to prepare for such changes in policy.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
