iii. What conversion mechanisms, if any, are presented?
II. Describe the five largest unions in Canada by type. What are the main occupations in each union's membership?
III. Unions can have positive as well as negative effects on the HRM practices of a firm. Compare any five such practices which are significantly different in unionized versus non-unionized firms.
IV. Compare the four management strategies used by employers to deal with unions. Which management strategies are more prevalent in Canada. Cite examples to support your answer.
