A considerable proportion of my clientele lacks access to benefits intended for individuals with low incomes. The present study will examine the negative implications of Medicare on the elderly demographic.

7. What outcomes inform the effectiveness of the policy? How adequate are these outcomes or indicators?

8. Describe how social work training and experiences can inform can participate in the policy solution.
