You will be required to write a movie review for the following films. Each 3 pages separate reviews.
Movie Selection:
1. Psycho
2. Dances with Wolves
These reviews should be approximately 3 pages in length and should reflect your emerging ability to think and write critically about films.
Each review will be worth 50 possible points and should cover the following aspects of the film:
First: describe the content of the movie: its story line, main characters, conflict, theme.
Second: Describe cinematographic techniques and special effects you observe.
Third: Discuss aspects of American history and American culture expressed by the film.
Fourth: Describe your personal reaction to the film.
