Problem: The emphasis of this essay is to develop broad understanding of leadership as a concept and some of the approaches that are suited to human services (HS) provision.
1. Describe the concept of organisational leadership (i.e. leadership as practiced in an organisational context). Briefly summarize some of the main models/styles of leadership practice? (20%)
2. What is particular about the context and nature of HS that might impact on leadership? (10%)
3. What are some of the models/styles of leadership practice that suit the HS context? (10%)
