Assess the competencies required of project managers to support and assist organizational leaders in maintaining good governance procedures and principles. Address the following in your assessment
Identify and describe the competencies to assist organizational leaders in 1) reducing conflicts among stakeholders and 2) the strategies used to mitigate ethical dilemmas. Discuss relevant governance and ethics theories that support your selected competencies
Describe the relationship between a project's governance model and an organization's governance structure. Identify at least one ethical dilemma at the project level and organizational level and its implication for organizational performance.
Identify and describe how integrated governance promotes accountability and ownership, enhance decision making, improve the use of resources, and ultimately accelerate project and program execution.
Using an organization that you are familiar with, describe strategies for maintaining good governance practices at the project level and organizational level.
