Problem: Some of the main differences between EVM and agile are found in the definition of scope. In traditional EVM, the scope and change controls are fixed, whereas in agile it is more fluid. In agile development, changes are expected. We have seen while learning about monitoring and controlling a project, the organization needs to have a good change control process in place.
