Homework: Project Program Descriptions
Throughout this course, you will work toward developing a program evaluation plan proposal. Each homework will focus on an aspect of this project.
Identify a program offered within an organization or institution that may benefit from a structured, formal program evaluation process.
Create 5 to 7 slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes in which you:
I. Describe the program.
II. Describe the background and history of the program.
III. Explain the purpose of the program.
IV. Discuss the program's mission (i.e., Why was the program developed?).
V. Discuss the program's vision statement (i.e., What problem does the program seek to address?).
VI. Describe the program's size, location, and organizational structure.
VII. Explain the current evaluation needs of the program.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
