Problem 1: Imagine you are a faculty member and you could hire skilled actors to play a terminally ill-patient and their family for a class of medical students.
Think of one exercise you could provide to medical students using these actors.
(1) explain the purpose of this exercise,
(2) write instructions for the students and instructions for the actors, and
(3) include the instruction on how students should reflect on how they responded to the actors.
Problem 2: Describe the actions and words of your ideal doctor in dealing with terminally ill patients and their families.
They can be based on your experience with a physician (be sure to make the name of the physician anonymous in this case) or based on what you've read in books, or have seen on movies or TV dramas.
Make sure to cite sources properly in-text and have a reference section at the end.
