Problem: About thirteen years ago when I was working in a rural hospital as a nursing assistant in the state of Georgia, a patient family member made a complaint against a registered nurse to the CEO, alleging that the nurse is not taking good care of her mom correctly. The patient family member stated that the mom who is the patient, complained to him that she is always falling asleep early during the registered nurse shift, resulting to her inability to watch her favorite tv shows. The patient family member reported that the nurse in question was overmedicating the patient so that she can have the time to study for her nurse practitioner program.
