In this assignment, you will analyze the processes and roles of the agile team in the sprint planning and how the sprint plan is executed and measured.
Instructions:
- Describe sprint planning including the processes involved.
- Summarize the roles of the Product Owner, development team, customer, and scrum master during the sprint planning.
- Explain who is responsible for executing the sprint plan and how the execution deliverable is measured against the sprint plan.
- Based on your analysis of the sprint planning and some of the roles of the agile team members, what are some of the challenges of the sprint planning?
