Practice Marketing Analysis Final Team Report - Value: 10%
Please use the following as an outline for your report content and format
• Use the outline topics as main headings in your report.
• Format 1.15 spacing 11 pt font
• Total length for the report will be approximately 4-5 pages not including title page or references.
• Submit as hard copy in class week 12
Title Page:
Introduction/ Purpose: (of the report): ½ page 10%
Brand Strategy and Management: 1 page 10%
• Include the name of your backpack brand and a description of your brand meaning.
• Create a Positioning Statement for your Backpack
• Choose either a licensing or co-branding strategy for your backpack. Describe why you chose this strategy and outline the benefits and drawbacks.
Final Year Analysis 1 page 20%
• Quarterly Breakdown based on the 4 P's
Financial Analysis 1 page 20%
(Use the last turn played for these figures).
• Analyze how your Cash Flow percentage (COGS/ Marketing Costs/ Distribution Cost) compared to all of the other teams in your game.
• Explain, specifically actions needed to compete. (e.g. COGS is high- price may need to be raised)
• Include a comparison table.

• Describe 3 specific actions you would take to ensure long-term profitability in your backpack company.
