You must include sources. If your source is the internet, your sources should be credible sources such as WebMD, Mayo Clinic, Nature or other Scientific Journals. Never use Web sites where an author cannot be determined, unless the site is associated with a reputable institution such as a respected university, a credible media outlet, government program or department, or well-known non-governmental organizations. Include the title of the article/book and also include the link (so that I can see the source).
Describe using anatomy of nose on how the corona virus is believed to affect smell.
Choose and answer at least 2 of the following:
What part of the pathway is affected? The beginning, the middle or the end? Explain, for example don't just write "end of pathway".
Describe some of the symptoms of sensory loss using appropriate terminology i.e anosmia, parosmia.
Explain how COVID symptoms affecting smell affect your ability to maintain homeostasis.
How long do symptoms last? Is there any recommendation to speed up recovery? Are there lingering effects?
