Assume that you work for a large oil and natural gas company. You are responsible for developing and maintaining incident response plans for your company's offshore drilling rigs. Describe some components that a comprehensive incident response plan must include to ensure personnel safety, minimize impact, return to operational state, and avoid future similar incidents.
