a) Describe two recent occasions when you've experienced stress. For each case identify the type(s) of stress you experienced and whatever emotional, physiological, and/or behavioral responses to stress you made.
b) How did you handle the stress in these two situations? Do you have any favorite or habitual techniques for coping with stress? Explain how your techniques are examples of the categories of coping (i.e., reappraisal, humor, emotional release, managing hostility and forgiving others, relaxation, lessening physiological vulnerability).
