Introduction - Please describe the focus of this presentation. In introduction please include the clinical skill/procedure that are going to discuss.
Clinical skill overview - Provide an overview of the clinical skill, indications, and contraindications for performing the procedure. Consider the potential implications of the clinical procedure.
Safety considerations - Describe a range of safety considerations and ongoing management of the clinical procedure. Safety considerations are directly linked with the appropriate NSQHS standards.
Ongoing management - Outline the ongoing management requirements that should be implemented for the ongoing nursing care for the patient. A range of documentation has been considered in relation to the clinical skill.
Patient education - A range of considerations have been outlined in relation to the clinical skill to formulate appropriate patient education. Patient education is focused on clinical safety in addition to the benefits and risks associated with all aspects pre- and post clinical procedure.
