TLP Supply Sdn. Bhd. is an electronic company, situated in Johor Bahru. Encik Rafizi commences employment on January 5, 2020 as a purchasing executive, and his pay is RM3,000, including RM200 for transport allowance and RM100 for meal allowance per month. On November 11, 2021, he was issued the first letter by TLP Supply Sdn Bhd stating that the company decided to take action against him due to his disciplinary attitude of coming late to the office few times and absence without permission. Even though Encik Rafizi had verbally responded to the company's first letter, he still received another letter (second letter) dated November 12, 2021, in which TLP Supply Sdn Bhd decided after the company's meeting on November 11, 2021, that Encik Rafizi to be terminated with 24 hours' notice due to the company's disappointment on his negative attitude and disciplinary problem.
