Problem 1: Describe peculiarities (main features) of international law at different historical periods: pre-state, ancient times, antique period, middle ages, and the classical period of international law
Problem 2: Describe the differences between 'general' international law, 'regional', and 'particular' international law
Problem 3: Describe what sources of international law could apply to international relations of a "new" (newly established) state, which has appeared as a result of decolonization, revolution, war, etc. and has not existed per se and has not participated in the UN Charter approval, "older by age" treaties ratifications.
